Internet

There is wifi for students called eduroam. Also, every room is equipped with internet access by cable connection, to connect you need a UTP cable and eduroam credentials. If you do not have a credential to eduroam, please contact UJEP (or your buddy). More info HERE

Wash machine

In some floors, there are rooms just with wash machine, which you can use. Just go to the reception and ask for “pračka” and you will get the key. It costs 50 CZK for every 3 hours. 

Clothes dryer

If you need to dry your clothes, there are two possibilities. You can borrow small clothes dryer (“sušák”) to your room for max. 48 hours from the reception. Sometimes, there are no small driers available, then you can use a special room for drying called “sušárna”. You can get the key from reception for deposit 50 CZK for max. 48 hours. If you will get the key later, you have to pay penalty.   

Bedclothes

After your arrival, you will get bedclothes from the dormitories. If you need to change it, you can do it whenever you want in the repository (“sklad”) in the basement of the dorms K1. Just check the opening hours. 

Others

There are many others facilities, which you can use, like a vacuum cleaner, lamp, lamp bulb, iron or it’s possible to use common room, room with ping-pong, table football, TV, piano…. It just depends what you need.
